Pricing, Payment & Compliance Policy

An initial $50 administrative fee is due when the order is placed and covers services through the inspection period.

If a transaction does not close, fees will be prorated based on the work completed.

If a transaction cancels during the week of closing, the full coordination fee is due.

The remaining coordination fee is typically paid at closing. With brokerage approval, payment may be processed through a Commission Disbursement Authorization (CDA) and listed as a line item on the closing statement, with funds paid directly to Star Closers.

This structure provides:
• Clear documentation of the fee
• Proper broker oversight and approval
• Clean accounting for the agent
• No commission splitting concerns

If preferred, we may invoice the agent directly post-closing. Payment may be made via PayPal or mailed check. Clients are responsible for any PayPal processing fees.

Star Closers provides administrative contract-to-close transaction coordination support for Florida real estate transactions. We do not perform licensed real estate activities such as negotiating terms, procuring buyers or sellers, or providing real estate advice.

We are happy to provide a W-9 and any documentation required by the brokerage or title company.

Agent Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and timely transaction, the following responsibilities remain with the Agent:

  • Provide a complete and fully executed contract at the time the file is opened

  • Submit all required documents and disclosures accurately and on time

  • Maintain direct client communication and manage client expectations

  • Negotiate all contract terms, repairs, credits, and amendments

  • Attend inspections, appraisals, and walkthroughs as required

  • Review all settlement statements and closing documents for accuracy

  • Ensure clients meet contractual obligations, including deposits, financing, and deadlines

  • Notify Star Closers promptly of any changes, amendments, or issues affecting the transaction

Star Closers Transaction Coordinators support the transaction from contract to close, but do not provide legal advice, negotiate contract terms, or represent clients in the transaction.
